Shipping Policy

We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier partners including TCS Courier, Leopards Courier, and M&P Courier (Mover & Packers).

PROCESSING TIME
  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PKT may be processed the next business day.


DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
  • Major cities: 2 to 3 business days.
  • Other cities and towns and villages: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Remote areas: 5 to 7 business days (subject to courier availability).


SHIPPING CHARGES
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our current promotions.


ORDER TRACKING
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. Use this number on the courier's website to track your shipment.


DELIVERY ISSUES
  • If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.


INCORRECT ADDRESS
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
